Simple, effective device to keep my panniers from jumping off the rack. Easy to install. I just wish my panniers had come with them.

I love that while it is a very capable pannier, it looks like a (rather sleek) regular backpack. It’s super easy to “convert” from backpack to pannier and it feels super durable. Haven’t had to use the rain cover yet but it’s a really nice touch. I can fit in everything I need to bring to work (emergency change of clothes included) and I haven’t felt any changes in terms of balance while riding my bike, which was my main concern with a full 30L backpack.

I like how big it is & how organized I feel having it. It’s better than my old pannier. I’m dealing with less clutter with how many different compartments/pockets it has.

I have daily rode the garment pannier for the last six months and love it. As an all weather bicycle commuter, this suit bag does everything I ask it to do. I usually only have a sweater or jacket hanging in the bag with a pair of dress shoes and a set of rain gear in an outer pocket. As needed, I can easily fit my computer and peripherals in the bag with no issue. I even have figured out how to strap two or three pizza boxes on the top using the adjustable shoulder strap. Even with daily use, there are no signs of wear and tear. As a lanky six foot tall guy, I have had to get a little creative on how to pack my suit jackets so they don't get wrinkled . I also wish the lid had a hanging loop like the base so it doesn't hang wonky when I am loading it, but these are minor in the grand scheme of things. Regardless, I can't imagine commuting without it!

Pannier Backpack Convertible 2.0 PLUS (30L)

I love this backpack. I can fit my office clothes in here, it’s easy to grab them. Also I think I might use this backpack while traveling. I will remove the hooks (unscrew them) and use that pocket as a laptop compartment.

Bought this as a handlebar bag for bikepacking and commuting to work. For commuting it's super sturdy and very user friendly. When I use it for bikepacking I set up a support rack to help keep it steady as you would for any other bag this size. The material seems to be of great quality. The only thing I'd like to see is an external elastic mesh for water bottles and easy access snacks.

I love this pannier so much. Mostly use it as a pannier but having the option to switch to backpack mode is, in a word, a game changer!

The internal and external pockets hold whatever I need. What I love most is the form factor, the 'boxiness'. Unlike my old Serratus pannier which is tapered to the bottom, this pannier holds ERRYDING. Heck, I hauled a flat of twelve 500 mL canning jars in it. Granted, they filled the pannier, but they fit.

The locking mechanism is great, very convenient. Full disclosure, I did have it break on me when I wiped out on black ice. Reid was very patient with me despite my rude email (thanks Reid) and got me a replacement for the cost of shipping. Very fair of him. Excellent customer service.

If you are on the fence, get off it! Support a great Canadian company and buy this pannier. Or check out the new Inverter Pannier Backpack which looks like it's an even MOAR elegant and thoughtful design than this one!

Our panniers arrived a week ago. Shipping was quick and the products arrived in perfect condition and just as expected. We look forward to using them this summer

I believe it will be perfect. My new carbon road bike has no way to mount a rear rack and I bike like a pilgrim in southern Iowa. No services for miles ie while route. This bag can carry whatever I need or leave empty to store a jacket as the weather heats up. I was able to stow a knee length puffer coat with room to spare. I can’t get out to tide til the weather warms up but I’m very impressed with my purchases.

It's winter here in Montreal so real testing will have to wait a couple of months. I was looking for a multi functional handle bar bag and this seems to be a good fit. It's a good size and can hold all my stuff for 100k day tours. I will also use it for extra storage for multi day trips where I will have easy access to food etc without having to open up my panniers. It will be really useful for local grocery runs. Plus it has the added advantage of looking smart on and off the bike. I am very happy with the purchase

I've had the bag for a few weeks as a daily bike commuter in SF. I love this bag. The sleeve for the laptop is safe and well-padded, and it's nice that it's easy to get to apart from the larger storage compartment. The large storage compartment is great. My office has a gym I go to after riding in, so I carry a lot of clothing items, food, and other items that all fit well. The additional internal pocket is great. The two external pockets are so convenient for quick access to keys, headphones, sunglasses, gloves, and more. The umbrella holder works great, as does the bottle holder. I have a travel coffee bottle that fits securely and stays in place. I haven't used the rain cover yet, but it looks nice. Without the rain cover, the bag has been waterproof against the misty San Francisco mornings. The attachment system is awesome, it's so easy to clip on and off your bike rack. The design for the transition from pannier to backpack makes the change super quick once you get used to it. I can't recommend this bag enough.

Additionally, this company cares about its customers. When I initially ordered the bag, they accidentally sent the 22L bag instead of the 30L. I contacted customer service, and Reid was quick to respond to my email and all further communications. Reid was friendly and apologetic and ensured a new back with a return label went out immediately. Mistakes happen, but the level of customer service in rectifying the issue quickly shows they stand behind their product and customers. Overall, the bag and the company get an A+ from me.
