Great design. Mount broke first day of using when I bumped into something while riding.

Ok.... I don't usually write reviews (good or bad), but this freaking bag changed MY LIFE! Not only it is the best bag I have ever bought, and I have bought ALOT! But also, TWG have one of the best after-sale customer service... Ever!
I initially bought the original version, at which point, TWG told me very honestly that the main difference between the original and the revised versions is the buckle. The original version's buckle didn't latch on properly. They also promised that if I bought the original (for half the price) and down the line I found the buckle too annoying, I can always exchange it with the new and ONLY pay the difference. That was over 6 months ago.
The funny thing is when I finally reached out a couple of weeks ago to see if they have a solution for the buckle issue, completely forgetting their promise and thinking I will have to invest some money to fix it, they reminded me of their promise.
Bottom line is I enjoyed a near-perfect bag for over 6 months, then upgraded it with the new model for about $100 extra.
