I've been using this bag for 7 months to commute in Calgary year round and do a lot of my errands by bike. I've come to accept there is no perfect backpack as each design makes concessions. However this one is as close to perfect I think.

The bag has enough storage for a change of clothes, lunch, laptop, miscellaneous work items, u-lock, thermos and emergency bike items. I drop my daughter off at daycare and I can sometimes fit her bag in my mine depending on the day. If not, the M.A.S. can be used to attach her backpack to the outside.

I've always liked backpacks with daisy chains to be able to attach large items outside of the bag with carabiners or rope. The M.A.S. attachment points do essentially the same function. I've attached my daughters helmet, her backpack, 14" balance bike and grocery bags. It works great.

The internal organization is good and allows easy access. Pulling keys out, snacks or gloves are common items I can dig out quickly.

Being a top loading backpack with a lot of the storage being on the bags outside flap and at the top, the bag flops over when it's empty or close to it. I wouldn't say it's a negative as I've had backpacks with no storage on the top flap and found myself wanting more. As having a storage pocket at the bottom of the bag has more limitations I think.

Overall, this has been the best commuting bag I've used and don't have any wandering eye to switch things up or try something new. Well made and well design backpack.

I have broad shoulders and a thick neck, but I've never had a backpack that felt like it didn't fit until I ordered a Two Wheel Gear Commute Backpack. No matter how I adjusted the length of the straps, it was always very very uncomfortable.

The distance between the back straps isn't very large and meant the straps rubbed on my neck. To add to how uncomfortable this is, the straps themselves are a very very dense foam that has almost no give plus they have a rough textured mesh on the inside of the strap that wraps around the edge making the straps feel like sandpaper blocks rubbing on your neck.

The dense not very flexible straps also meant they didn't sit flat on my chest and the outside edge of the strap dug painfully into my collar bone instead of distributing the load evenly. I could almost fit my entire hand in the gap created by the straps. Even using the Sternum strap didn't completely remove the uneven load distribution.

The sternum strap is adjustable, but barely fit in the position that best helped the issue with the strap load. It was so tight it felt like it may break in actual use.

I've never had this kind of issues with a backpack before, so I am returning this backpack but will be out $30 because you have to pay your own return shipping costs.

Would not recommend this backpack.

I am really happy with it. It fits all the stuff with space to spare and it is a beautiful green colour. It is durable and has all the pockets I need. Highly recommend. I can tell a lot of though went into designing and creating this quality product.

I use this backpack for work and I've been treating it like crap - overfilling it, picking it up by the zippers, throwing it around the truck, dumping it on the floor... This thing is built strong, there's not a scratch on it! The fabric feels thick, the zippers feel robust, I love the side zip which makes finding stuff inside much easier. The pockets and compartments are awesome for storing sunglasses, keys etc. I'm tempted to buy another in a different color....

Love this pack. It’s my daily carry everywhere I go. Driving. Biking. Hiking. Wears comfortably and I’m just really pleased.
