I bought this backpack a year ago and have been using it for my regular commutes. I was a little worried that the backpack wouldn't hold up after heavy use, especially on the zipper components, but that part of the backpack has had no issues. My laptop has worn a hole through the inside of the backpack. There also was a little bit of messy stitching on the handle, but you can only see it when you look closely. For my back's health alone, this has been one of the best biking purchases I've made so far.

I never leave reviews, and I hate to leave a negative review especially, but I'm especially frustrated with my experience with Two Wheel Gear. I received my bag on June 9th, and I really loved it. It's lightweight, but still fits a lot and the mounting apparatus is easy to use and lock.

The problem is that the bag failed within 30 days of use. On July 10th, the mounting apparatus failed within typical use. I was biking home and the bag--even while locked--twisted off my rack and got stuck under my wheel. Fortunately, I was traveling at a low speed, so I was not hurt, but to say that I'm disappointed that a bag would fail within 30 days of typical use is an understatement.

Since then, I've submitted a claim via the website, and I've sent follow up emails, and no one has gotten back to me. To spend nearly $200 on a bag and for it to fail within 30 days and be completely ignored by customer support is unacceptable.

It's perfection, so well built and so practical.

So far, it’s a great purchase-well-made-seems durable!
