Pull backpack straps out of the back pocket. Zip away the mounting system and clip backpack straps into lower strap buckles

Became my primary backpack overall

This is a great backpack for cycling, but not only. After 5 years, it's essentially my only bag for everyday life (you don't want to move stuff around your bags depending on whether you're cycling that day). I even fly with it now, because it passes for a 'small cabin bag' per European lowcoster regs. It's usually enough for a weekend city break on its own, and even if I'm splashing on a cabin suitcase, I still take it for easy access stuff.

durable so far

Thought I'd come back to post a review after about 4 months of using this backpack fairly heavily, to report that it's pretty durable, no signs of wear & tear yet. In addition to being great for reasons that other reviewers mention.

PRETTY GOOD

Very stable when attached to a pannier rack. Perfect size when in backpack mode, only complaint is the shoulder straps which are a bit hard. Thinking about getting matching bags for the seat and frame too!

JUST PERFECT

This bag clips on easily and is perfectly suited for my commutes to work. The size is enough to hold a change of clothes, my small lunch, my laptop, and miscellaneous items like my wallet. The build quality of the bag is excellent and I can tell it will last for years. The attention to details like a laptop compartment and slots for pens are a great touch. Highly recommended!
