Exactly what I need.

I keep forgetting to buckle the straps when it is a oannier so they broke off. The backpack was good enough, though, i bought it again.

This is a really good quality item

This is a really good quality item. It holds an impressive amount and the fabric and zips feel strong and hard-wearing. The rack fastening system works very well.
It's an expensive product but feels like it will last for years.

Broken bag and warranty issue

Like the bag but, one the plastic buckle broke after 3rd used. File a warranty claimed but got no response from them. Had to file a claim with American Express for extended warranty. Not sure if I will buy anything else from two wheel if there is no customer service.

08/16/25 update:
Customer service reach out and apologize about the lack of response. They send a replacement buckle free of charge and also offer a credit/refund towards the cost to replace the buckle.
It wasn't a perfect experience, but at the end they did a good job fixing their mistake. Made a happy customer again.

Works great,does what it needs to

Works great. Using in pannier mode is a bit inconvenient since the strap area is expose to dirt and such, but other than that, solid product. Does what it is supposed to. Lots of extra compartments for carrying stuff.

I purchased the Convertible 2

I purchased the Convertible 2.0 PLUS pannier backpack because of the size to accommodate a larger laptop computer and it didn't disappoint. This pack has a separate padded compartment for the laptop and separate portion of the bag that I call the "locker" where I put my work clothes and shoes. The attachment of the pannier to my rack was simple and I like the solid feel of the center locking mechanism.
