- Mounting hooks work with Ø 6-16 mm bike racks (bar thickness)
- Press the top button to slide/adjust hooks horizontally across rail
- Adjustable max pannier hook width: 6.5 inches (16.5 cm)

- Red spring latch securely locks pannier down to the carrier

Two-wheel gear was very quick to send an entire replacement rail to replace the Broken tab on the spring-loaded red klick fix button. The tabs on the red button seem to be a weak link in an otherwise good rail system. Perhaps the manufacturer should consider using different material or more robust tabs

After my review about the broken retainer clip, the company responded promptly. A new mounting system was sent, easily installed, and I'm back in business. Superb customer support; will continue to support them in turn.

My panier setup is particularly tricky, led to my breaking the red hook bit, so being able to replace this (and it's super easy to do) is very useful. Thank you.
Unfortunately, the center spring-loaded retention clip broke on the original pannier. The part that broke was the foot of the clip guiding it in place in its housing. Unless, there is an alternative, I am replacing the entire rack mount structure. Boo-hiss! This occurred after about 1 year of use.
