Made in Germany, the Klickfix mounting components from Rixen & Kaul are renowned for their quality and durability. The Center Lock essentially "locks" your pannier onto your bike rack and prevents it from ever popping off.

CONVERT MEC PANNIERS

Perfect. Replaced hooks on my MEC pannier with those from this brand, attached lock between and voila! I can use my existing panniers on a bike with thicker rat trap frame.
